WHY I DO WHAT I DO

Your nutrient needs during pregnancy and postpartum are higher than at any other time of your life. And yet, most women are simply handed a leaflet, told to “just eat what you can,” and left to Google their way through one of the most important times in their life.
I'm on a mission to change that. Because every woman deserves to feel confident and supported throughout your journey to motherhood. No fads or restrictive diets. No feeling overwhelmed, dismissed or confused. Just real solutions based on real research and real experiences.
